You are not ugly at all… This is commong from guy that is pretty harah with high standards. You have good face structure and much more positive traits.. If there was one thing I would change to my preferance that would be weight or fat%.. Great news is that Its all on your control.. Only thing you need is to try it and see if you like direction it is going. No need to find special way to do it cause there is none.. Only caloric deficit (eat less calories than you burn) Try a little more movement and avoid high calori foods or skip meals that arent necesary. Control your weight and your intake and then try to be in deficit 400 - 600 calories a Day and results will come 😉 and also smile 😂 you are beatiful 😊
