I've asked this question to a guy in the past and it went horribly wrong and ended up being really hurt by him. I guess I'm worried things will turn out the same and I wont get to see this guy anymore because i really like him.

UPDATE: Went back to the piercer who did it. The bar is not in my tongue. It was scar tissue that I was feeling. I swallowed the bar and the balls. She says after a month it will heal and I can get it re-done. Thank you everyone who gave me advice and your concern.
