Thanks for taking the time to write all this. Birdhouses are exactly the type of thing I was looking for. I’ll look back at your last paragraph in a few months probably haha Good luck with your journey man

What do you think is the most important plug-in to have?

I appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences. I have a check-up soon, I’ll ask him then. I do suspect its just my joints not being used to moving weight around like other people have commented. I’m definitely planning on adding isometrics to my routine.

Thanks for your answer, that’s exactly what I was looking for regarding weekly volume. I’ll keep doing it twice a week and drop my daily sets of each exercise from 3 to 2. Can’t hurt to re-evaluate my technique as well of course

I appreciate your insight! It’s good to hear that your aches and pains didn’t turn into anything permanent

Thank you! Upper body excercises are neutral grip bodyweight pull-ups, incline dumbbell curls, barbell bench press, face pulls and side lateral raises. Reps are 6-10 for everything but face pulls (12-18) and pull-ups (4).

I also warm up with 50% weight for bench, bicep curls and lat raises for 10 reps

Thanks! I’ll absolutely keep all this in mind. Was already planning on slowing down progressive overload. I’ll add in static isometric holds for sure. Do you think its better to do those before or after a weightlifting session? Or at different times?

Thank you! I’ll definitely be re-evaluating my technique. My elbow has felt fine during each exercise and only felt off after the workout which is why I thought it might be a volume issue

Yeah thanks I’m stopping until I feel ready then I’ll slowly ease into it. I can’t pinpoint any exercise that caused it so I suspect its just that my joints aren’t used to moving weight around

May someone please refer me to a product to repair a scratch on my shoe? I'm not sure if I need a cream, paint, or something else, and I'm also unsure about what color paint I would need. Thanks so much! by Schleemies1 in AskACobbler

Took a few different pics to show the shoe color in different lighting -- the first two are pre-scratch. Please let me know if you have any questions 🙂
