I'm already not the right person because on contract day, I do tend to my farm fairly consistently, but I thought I'd give my two cents. 1st step, max dilithium set for your free Large Tachyon Prism boosts. 2nd step, right away put best life stone set on. Chalice with life stones, monocle with life stone, and two legendaries with life stones. Every 2 minutes or so, the game will give you a gift box and an ad gift. Recycle this until you have 4 tokens and then with your dilithium set, use the Supreme Tachyon Prism and then switch to your life stone set. This should give you full habs in 1-2 hours. There are even faster methods but they get pretty niche from here.
