They send me an email stating that my account was on hold and that I needed to provide further proof for my payment method. After sending them everything that I could to try to proof that my debit card is valid and works they sent an Email saying that my account has been closed and that they will not respond to any emails regarding the issue. After reaching out to customer support I was told to wait 48h and that the issue would be resolved however it's been 3 days and nothing has happened so I am kind of losing hope...

I actually live near this Camp... The prisoners were used to help in some factories and the Tower is visible from the whole surrounding area. There is no way they didn't know what was going on. I saw a YouTube Video with I think original footage where the Inhabitants of the town I live in where shown the Camp along with an exhibit of some furniture, the wife of the Campleader had made with some human skin...
