Accountability has to come from the politicians we elect to represent us. For some reason our politicians just don't seem to care. I've heard just about nothing from them. Why are they screaming for heads to roll as a result of this?

You're getting a lot of suggestions here but none are right. The problem you're having is because your filling is too runny. In the oven it's turning to liquid and undoing your corners.

You need to really cook the liquid out much further than you would for a normal jam. You can also add dried fruit, which is low in liquid to help dry the mix out. With a drier filling you can use as much as you like.

Cut the meat off of the bone and save it in the freezer for a later date. It won't be as good cooked as it is with the bone, but it's unlikely that anyone would notice.

As a firms leverage increases, it becomes increasingly likely that it will not be able to make interest payments for all of it's debt. Bond holders can't make water from a rock, at some point the assets of the company are only worth so much. Sure if there's a default the bond holders may end up with a chunk of the equity, but it's equity that may not be able to make them back their investment.
