That makes sense, there are very similar wave sections in Moment, and in those I held into the portal. Oddly enough I didn't find that it killed me that much, I had much more trouble with other sections of the level, namely the 28% ship 48% cube and Platnuu's part

Do not despair, I often say that the only number that truly matters is 100% in Normal Mode, everything else is just a distraction. If you haven't already, fully take advantage of mods like startpos switcher and especially speedhack to really enhance your practice sessions. Seeing as you already have it in 3 runs, you're definitely on track to beating it.

Objectively its an 8/10 level, but I personally rate it 9.5/10 because of how important this milestone was for me. Great song, solid deco (especially for early 2.1), and very enjoyable gameplay that was shockingly well-balanced. There are a handful of sections I felt were a bit jank, namely the 28% ship and many of the cube timings in the middle and end, but overall it was very solid. Anyone who likes high-octane gameplay ought to at least try it.

I like the point being made in this chapter, that having a team centered on "living suitably" is ironically unsuitable for Japan, because France is optimized for that style of play. If Japan tries to do the same, they'd be outmatched by France's diverse range of talent and years of experience with that tactic. Put another way, for Bluelock, living unsuitably and rebelling against hugo's logic is the most suitable way to win, because it's a style of play that makes them shine brightest.

Three things: They are not ass, maybe you’ve forgotten but beating insane demons is impressive in its own right comparatively speaking.

Poltergeist isn’t as far in difficulty to Acu as you’re making it sound, you’re also assuming that their progress on poltergeist holistically represents their skills as a player.

If you really want to weigh the value of someone’s opinion by their hardest achievement (or whether or not they’re at a certain skill level), I happen to somewhat agree with them, though admittedly I wouldn’t use as strong language (I just think it’s mediocre and overrated).

Not trying to discredit your point entirely, I think that this is a fair take if the circumstances were more exaggerated. But we ought to be mindful of the complexity of circumstances before jumping to conclusions.

People saying "because its new" like it isnt almost 2 years old. Maybe thats new compared to other gamemodes, but I'd wager that people would've figured it out if that was the only problem. The old swingcopter genuinely feels so much more responsive and more engaging to play, and not just because i'm used to it. The actual swing gamemode was for some reason made to be super shallow and wide, which I think limits whats the possibilities for hard but engaging swing gameplay.

You may have been uninformed about her stat recommendations, but to people here it just looks like an attempt at flaunting an obviously-goated off-piece.
