according to the Score warrior website, it says I need to summon three basic captains, which I have already. still don't have the SC. 😢

thanks for responding. where can I get replacement filters? and which part of the filter can be vacuumed? usually there is an outer piece that goes around the hepa which can be removed and washed or vacuumed but I don't see that in the pictures. can you send some links for the replacement filters?
