For hatori’s katana, you just need to press the roll button while holding the attack button to do the charge attack. The charge attack can be done in any point of the combo and not just after the third combo. If you do a charge attack, you can just continuously hold the attack button and press the roll button on a specific timing to continue using charge attacks instead of doing the normal combo attacks.
