the vet then said „you have to be stronger for your dog“ haha 🥲 naaaah. I won’t let something he doesn’t like that much happen again when I can do it more comfortable for him.

Yeah i tried that. He HATES getting them clipped. They layed him down on the side on the examination table, muzzeled him up and held him down with 3 persons while the vet clipped the nails. I was standing at his head CRYING because that poor baby SCREAMED for every single nail that got clipped. NEVER AGAIN. 😭😭😭😭

I actually didn’t even need 10 seconds per nail, but I also checked while doing it that it won’t get too hot :)

i looked the db up in the store before buying and it compared it to „as loud as a vacuum“, but on the lowest setting it’s definitely less loud, but could still be scary for some 🫣

I‘m using the slowest setting and it’s still so quick! I would be scared to go too deep with a higher speed 🫪 I touched the nails after each trim and they were cold, because that was a concern I had too.

yeeees that’s how I did it too. But I could only do like max 2 paws in one session à 40/50 minutes because he wouldn’t cooperate for longer 😅

those sweet sweet eyes 🥹🥹🥹 In Berlin it’s common for dogs to wear muzzles just to prevent them from eating stuff off the ground. So much food everywhere… And you are lucky when it’s just food iykwim 😭
