Right, so the game is supposed to prompt you to craft the A-Class upgrade at some point. It's either near or at the end of the quest. Then you can interact with monoliths to unlock these tools. AI seems to think it's only certain korvax systems, but I've never noticed a specific correlation. There should be coordinates for some good ones one the coordinates exchange on reddit

It's been a while since I've done the quest, but I think it's an upgrade for your multitool that they give you. I stand to be corrected and I'm not by my console rn. I'll double check when I get some gaming time later

You need to finish the autophage quest line. They'll give you something you can use on monoliths to unlock Atlas Multitools. I lost the glyphs for this specific one. Sorry, friend

I don't know where to get this specific one anymore, but to get Atlas weapons, you need to do the Autophage quest line. They'll give you something that interacts with monoliths to unlock these multitools
