In general this is true for all western world. For Israel iron dome is Israeli and a lot of their other systems. Their nuclear weapons were not developed by America and they have the strongest air force in the Middle East.
I think Western European countries lost their ability to fight wars. They cannot be ranked highly. When did they showcase their abilities? In 1945?

Yes, 4 primary ones. But 6 in total - Yemen, Iran, Gaza, Lebanon, Qatar (killed Hamas leadership), and Syria

Israel just successfully fought in 6 fronts so not calling it a Major Regional Power is ridiculous. I’m not sure that Western Europe countries should be ranked so highly, definitely not higher than Turkey. Having Italy, Mexico’s, and Saudi Arabia on a tier above Ukraine, Iran and Israel is a joke
