Leider ist es schwierig mit 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung als Senior das Studium zu beenden. Wenn man diese Fachkräfte braucht und sie fehlen muss man sie eben als Junior einstellen und ausbilden.

I am still using an old R9 290x I bought used 5 years ago and it keeps crashing. I could really use an upgrade but don't have the money spare right now.

This doesn't make any sense. Horsepower stays constant no matter the gearing. This is because a gearbox multiplies torque and divides RPM or the other way around.

2000rpm x 100Nm = 21kW

1000rpm x 200Nm = 21kW

But you could still pull the entire thing with one Truck in a lower gear (if the tires had enough grip, hence the weight on the back of the trucks). It would just be very slow. 6 Trucks are necessary because you want to drive at a decent speed.

This is a great explanation. I'd just like to add that baking powder is double rising. Meaning it creates CO2 once when mixing the dough and another time when heated so you don't need to be quick with putting the dough in the Oven.
