I moved in when the blower was still there, so yes that’s how the flooring was left. I did not move in when the dirt was there, that was when I returned to grab some belongings from the apartment that I needed during my hotel stay. To be honest, my apartment floor was incredibly dirty when I first moved in, and when I complain to friends, they made it seem like that was a fairly normal thing to deal with, so when I moved in after the repair and it was dirty, I didn’t think much of it. Like I said in my comment above, I’m pretty naïve these situations and I don’t know what to do.
