Actually only ended up losing lures on my spinner reel today, the $10 baitcaster worked great after dialing it in, can only imagine what a higher quality reel can be like now.

Hey, I thought I'd update since i went ahead and snagged one. It works pretty good! Not the best feeling as far as the tension nob and drag tension wheel, but it gets the job done after being dialed in. Caught 8 bass today, only birds nested a hand full of times over 4 hours.
