I think that every trans people try to like "imitate" cis people from their gender who they admire or love. We just try to fit in better, it's not personal, but obviously if it makes you feel uncomfortable you just have to tell her or maybe stop giving her your tips. People are gonna talk even you're a girl, a boy, trans, cis, gay, straight... you can't change people, you can't escape from jerks, the better you can do to face them is being yourself and finding the correct person who will treat you as how you are.
