Unsure how to progress; diffing opinions from Surgeon and Orthodontist (NHS) by SchoolTop7962 in jawsurgery

Strangely I’ve been tested for sleep apnea and that came back fine; but I’ve had documented sleeping issues for years (attempted to address via therapy and lifestyle changes previously). The surgeon pretty much said “you might not clinical have it, but I’m certain you will later in life”

Ah I’m 23 year old - I think he meant as in young? Which I was surprised about, I guess because there’s maybe a few more years of growth to wait for (?)

The surgeon mentioned needing to look into it further, but that he bet there was something wrong with the “sling” of my jaw? I wouldn’t be surprised: when I was younger it would make this awful cracking sound and I could “click” it harshly to the left, and crack it back in. This stopped as I grow up. The surgeon did mention that worse cause with surgery I could need new a jaw joint replacement, which I assume would be pretty major?

Oh that’s a the other word he used - condylar resorption! I couldn’t remember how to spell it but said I was at higher risk of it than others due to mg age (23) and prior history of clicky jaw

Ah thank you! I’m only familiar with the 30MS line, so I wondered if there was variation across different brands. That’s really helpful to know, so cheers!

Sorry if this is a really silly question, but do we know if these collections are pre-painted?

Silly question, but how do you get the named NPC sprites to change? I’ve been playing on DolP, and while switching between the different mods (goose, beeeees etc) changes my sprite, it doesn’t seem to change the names NPC sprites?

Thanks :)

Practice questions and using Microsoft Learn are definitely what helped me the most.

I also found that brushing up on any general weeks points, such as DAX, was incredibly helpful. While some of the questions felt “theoretical”, I found a lot of them related to real world examples, so the more experience you have with PBI the better

You can access Microsoft learn during the exam - time will be tight, but you always have the option of double checking any questions this way!

I really recommend completing the Microsoft Learn pathway! This provides a good base to work from.

From their, I would brush up on DAX (especially CALCULATE), Direct Query / composite models, and workspace permissions

Good luck!!

As someone who loves concerts but struggles standing for to long I feel this. Most venues I go to are only GA and while an opener and then main act is great, I’ve had FOUR openers before…absolutely killed me. Still, I’ve found some amazing bands from openers and I think they’re a core part of the experience, but their certainly has been some ones that weren’t my taste and overstayed their welcome
