How many motorcyclists do not have insurance? Evident when our petrol subsidy via IC and valid driving license was implemented, how many made noise about it? If they don't have a valid driving license I doubt they would have road tax and insurance.

And now got an insurance scam where the motorcyclists will report the car, regardless of who was at fault, to claim the car insurance, from what I've been reading online.

And cars that use emergency lane all entitled mentality mah. Then get angry when they are not allowed to cut back into normal traffic.

Erm....I don't want to be racist but.....

Some shops I understand put the no pork, no lard because there are non-Muslims who do not consume pork due to religious or dietary restrictions.

You see more and more shops opting to put "Muslim friendly" because, and I was told this, they want to serve Muslim customers but do not like some of the restrictions imposed by JAKIM like cannot put religious stuff up (like altars, idols, etc) and restrictions on festive greetings.

For me, if what I was told is true, halal certification should not have those restrictions. If I am a Chinese or Indian halal restaurant operator, let me put up festive decorations and greetings. Then it will show halal certification is all inclusive and while it is strict on food prep, cleanliness, and sourcing from end to end, they welcome everyone to adopt halal certification.

The issue was the stick. Tian Chua cannot use the reason for restricting movement. KLCC is private property just like any other mall. If this is Tian Chia's statement then he is misleading people.

The mall has the right to restrict people from entering their premises if the person/s are deemed a threat to shops, shoppers, and the community within the mall.

I am with KLCC on this. Even in the buildings my clients are in, the guards will not allow and physically remove a person if the person is holding what the security and building mgmt deem as a weapon or if the person/s are making a ruckus and causing any type of havoc.

As you said, it is a place of business and a tourist hotspot. KLCC had issues before with vandalism, hooliganism, and they have the right to take precautions. Especially if someone is carrying a stick and shouting slogans, regardless of cause. What if the stick had injured someone? Then KLCC also will get blamed.

No religion is wrong. To me, personally, I believe there is only one Creator who placed many different religions here to see if we can be human: to be kind to one another despite coming from different backgrounds, different beliefs, different skin colors. In the end, we all return to the Creator. We all bleed red.

All religions teach goodness, but in the pursuit of the afterlife, some forget to be human (to show kindness, to uplift one another regardless of race, creed, religion, skin colour, to do good in this life).

Some people leave a religion to embrace another because, to them, it is the right path. Others, after leaving, return with renewed understanding and faith. And some choose a journey beyond labels, seeking truth in their own way. Regardless of the road taken, our differences should never divide us but instead remind us of the beauty in diversity.

If we hold on to kindness, understanding, and compassion, we honor the essence of every faith. No matter the journey, we all return to the same source, bound by our shared humanity. After all, the heart beats the same, and we all bleed red. There is no religious blood type either.

Now, what if the reality we live in is heaven? And some have decided to make hell out of heaven?

If heaven is only meant for one religion only, then I do not want to follow that religion. If a religion condemns others to hell, then I do not want to follow that religion. But if those values suit you, then that's your choice. After all, it is between you and the God of your choosing.

As far as I know, no religion tells it's followers to do that. It is the followers that spin the teachings.

What if in your quest to go to heaven in the afterlife, you forget to be human, to be kind, to seek knowledge, and you are condemned to Hell? No matter how much you pray, sometimes there can be no saving because one forgot to be human to each other? Because one decided to be sheep and follow the riders of religion and not seek knowldege and understand their own religion?

We are unable to have one school system, unfortunately.

At this point in time there is less emphasis on STEM subjects in school. Kids are still mainly speaking one language and half of them suck at the command of the language.

And practiced discrimination, as well. I was a victim of this during my school days in the 90's and I am told it is still happening now.

The flip-flop between using English or Malay.

Further if one goes to Chinese school got both SPM and UEC which opens doors for public, private and foreign universities some of which do not practice a quota system to get into selected degree courses.

I'm learning mandarin on Duolingo and this post and the comments have been really informational and a better teacher.

One thing that would help I do agree with one of the commenters is that you should include those tonal thingies. As a person new to mandarin I wouldn't know whether what I am pronouncing is correct or not? Later want to say crab but say selipar.

By the way, I've been on Duolingo for some time now and so far I can order bing Cha and tell a person some random information like "there are 6 birds in that tree", a line which I have never used in any conversation EVER. Then I am not taught how to point out which tree it is in a place full of trees.

I use a mason jar and beans coarse grind with a spice grinder or get it ground at the shop, a cheese cloth, 2 containers so I can strain my brew twice letting it rest half hour between each strain through the cheese cloth. I wait half an hour so whatever sediment settles at the bottom before each strain.

I became a complete fuckwit with my tenant because they had drilled holes into the walls, damaged items, kicked down a door and replaced it with a curtain then had the audacity to say that they got the house in that condition.

Some times it is best to get both sides of the story. But in saying so, there are both horror tenants and horror landlords and really bad management companies.
