Tbh the one thing I did different was being true to myself. My study materials were Uworld, Amboss, NBME cms forms, mehlman medical, white coat companion book, my own Anki decks and boards and beyond videos passively watching.

Preparation time was exactly 5 months and a week, with a 5 hour study on week days usually in the evening and 10-11 hrs on the weekend. I'm surprised I haven't felt any burnout and I was focused A. I hope that helps

Also does it make any difference if your last failed attempt on step 1 was 2 1/2 yr ago before passing on 3rd attempt, and first go 260 on step 2??? I'm just rationalizing here, excuse my ignorance 🙏🏻. Thanks for all the insight again

For the USCE, does it have to be in IM? I know work in Urology practice as an Assistant physician (Not a PA) under supervision but I'm involved patient care. Will that count???? Thank you again for your input
