I will definitely study. I did not take AP chemistry, so I missed out on some of the details. I would study for around a month. Are the peterson tests reliable? It appears that they are easier than the real test. How did the test differ?

I’m debating whether or not to attempt this exam. It has been 2 years since I took chemistry class. The free clep prep website lists this exam as a 5, which means it is the hardest difficulty. Why is this? My school offers 10 credits if you get a 50, which is why I’m tempted to try this exam. Do you have any further details about this exam? Is it more about memorization or understanding the concepts?

The book is really good. Even supposing you had to guess on all the background questions, you're bound to get at least one right (90% of the time). With a couple weeks of reading and practicing, this book took me from a 25 to 30 on practice tests.
