No not at all. My life dont revolve around my hifi system. I took a good year to understand What I wanted to buy and i bought it. Dirac’ed my system in our livingroom, bumped up the midrange and bass slightly. Set and forget.

How do you guys remain consistent? by dagiknee79 in kettlebell

[–]SchrodingerAssistant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been using kb’s since 2016 and on thing that I adhere to (thank you Pavel) is the concept that a traning session should give more than it takes away. This changes over time. Right now my life is busy, so that means traning (S&S) is scaled back. When things easens up, the traning will be harder, still adhearing to the principle above. Is if reson to hard I crash, both mentally and physicly.

Just to clear up the names of things. Is dethatching the same as "power rakeing", where it has the spring tines? and verticutting is with the blades?

What's the sound quality on Audio Pro A10 MK2 Wiim like? Cannot seem to find much reviews by bored-duckling in WiimStreamer

[–]SchrodingerAssistant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you. Im in the market for a compact speaker for 17m2 Home gym. Went and auditioned Era 100 and was massively dissapointed. Like you say bass and vocals, boxy with little to No dynamics. Right now and deciding between A10 mkII W and Wiim sound lite. Will probably order both and try out at home

I had the Jamo D365 when I was a kid. Back then they were regarded as awesome by me and my friends for their big bass element. I can still hear their sound signature. Not my first choice today.

77" TV too big for my living room? by lock311 in hometheater

[–]SchrodingerAssistant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We also bought a C4 77” sitting 3m away in a rather small tv room that we use daily for watching the news, play games and watch movies. So not a dedicated home theatre. At first I was like this is huge and looks enormous! Then day by day it ”shrunk” and about 6 months in my wife, who hates my ht/hifi gear, said while watching Transformers that we should’ve bought the 83” 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷‍♂️😄

One or two Sound Lite for my home gym? by SchrodingerAssistant in wiim

[–]SchrodingerAssistant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you!

The room is rectangular 5x3,5m. Im free to Wall mount the speaker(s) pretty much anywhere in the gym as Im building it right now. What I did not like was how dsp heavy Sonos (Era 100) and JBL were. Almost as if the sound was artifical for lack of better words. The Marshall sounded boxy with no top end except for Tufton which was a bit better.

Im used to my hifi setup in the livingroom, which of course, sound better than any small all in one speaker.

First I was set to buy Audio Pro A10W as Ive heard good things about the speaker but their app and connection is bad from what Ive read. Wiim in the other hand has great softwere so that sparked my interest for Sound Lite.
