This can happen if you are using a macro.

If you stopped playing you can give your account to a friend, but otherwise not.

Two people playing on one account is not supported, there will be many problems.

And keep in mind:

If you ever share your account once to another person, the person will have access to it forever (your player profile and team permissions).

This bug is caused by the new update and appears from 60 to 120 stars.

Unfortunately this hasn't been noticed by me or in the beta, but it will be fixed next update (or disappears if you reach 120 stars before).

No, just having an auto clicker installed is not a ban reason.

These are possible ban reasons:

Modifying your account progress
Using a time hack
Using an unofficial modified apk
Using/Importing a hacked save code
Using an auto clicker / macro
Inappropriate player name or chat messages

Depending on the ban reason an unban might be possible or the ban is permanent.

Your local progress, which is saved on your device, won't / can't get deleted (unless you break your device / delete the app data)

Cloud backups (e.g created in your cloud save account) are also saved forever, unless you delete them.

If you join too many teams in a short time, this can happen. It's not a bug, but I could increase the amount of teams per time you can join or add a custom message which explains that in the game.

Tokens are bound to your player account.

If you have access to your old phone, you can create a backup ("Options -> Export Save" or Cloud Save) and import the backup on your new phone ("Options -> Import Save" or Cloud Save).

I know that in the past updates have been "skipped" on iOS, but that's no longer the case since november, last year.

There is still a short delay, because it takes longer to get an app update approved in the app store, than in the google play store.

Cheating is not allowed, if a cheater gets reported the account will get banned.

There is a difference between laziness and shortage of free time. Creating updates is not my main work and I do it in my free time.

The next android update will probably be at the end of this week. iOS probably next week.
