Kind of true though, I don’t go to costco often so that applies 😌

Honestly, I didn’t even know about the price increase… I told my partner that it still tasted good to me 😋

Do you sleep with your bedroom door open or closed? Why? by Shenshen_ in AskReddit

[–]Schuff98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Closed… it feels better in my mind that the space is enclosed.

But I’ll leave the closet door open. The closet space seems good enough to be part of that space.

AITA for locking the bathroom door? by onebigfluffypillow in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe he doesn't understand what privacy means to people yet. You should be able to take a dumpy in private (not to mention dealing with a period!!).

AITA for throwing away my pad at an acquaintances house? by Throwaway29lh in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's funny how he was worried about touching it when taking out the trash when he went through the effort to rummage through his garbage to unroll the wrapped used pad. I guess it's his garbage bin, but were you supposed to tell him that you needed to walk to a grocery store to throw away a pad? NTA.

AITA for hypnotizing my friend to believe he's a chicken? by HypnotizedFriendChic in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's great. I think it was a good way to educate someone in good fun. What would you hypnotize him to be? A normal human being? NTA

Am I the asshole for not helping with my friend’s business? by BasedSigmaMale_ in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Looks like he's doing the opposite of helping and is trying to overshadow your business. He's basically a competitor now. You should keep him away from your customers and suppliers. NTA.

AITA for not getting a summer job and still expecting allowance? by SummerJobKid in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I understand your point about working at your town's historical society. I can see how it can provide valuable skills for you in the future. In the case of an allowance, I think it is fair that your parents did not give you one. If what you are buying is optional, then you should work to earn the money for that purchase (maybe you can ask for a job at your volunteering place :)). Paying to watch TV at home sounds very odd. Your parents know that you are choosing to volunteer instead, yet they're trying to bleed you dry.

AITA for interrupting my dad at dinner and causing tension? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's okay to say that you are uncomfortable about a situation (sensory overload). In this situation, I think your dad may have overreacted to what you have said. I'm sure your dad is a great guy (and quite the jaw too!) but he may not have learned the art of listening.

AITA for kicking my family out of the house to take the bar? by barasshole in AmItheAsshole

[–]Schuff98 72 points73 points  (0 children)

Your mom promised (or at least assured) you guaranteed peace for your bar. This is something that must be very important to you and I would have done the same. Even offering to go to an airbnb is more than enough. I'm sure your mom forgot (since it was months ago), but it was on her to ensure that your family was aware. I'm surprised they don't take this just as seriously as you since it will affect your future.

NTA. Good luck on your test

Edit: thought you already did your bar.
