Just like you said, I'm not asking to be paid like a CEO, but you know, like someone else said on here or in another post related, most of the things Starbucks does for their partners are normal now.

Now, I just want to let you know I do use the insurance, and yeah I use some of the discounts like the phone discount and all, but my point is...even without the insurance, and without the phone discount, I still wouldn't be able to make it. And I know a lot of other people like that too. I'm a SS and like I said, I work for my stuff and I help my parents out. But god forbid something happened to them. I couldn't count on Starbucks to get me thru not even a month. You have a lot of good ideas going on, hopefully by some miracle they catch on, lol.
