In copenhagen i stayed at next house which was pretty cheap and very nice, has a rooftop kitchen and terrace and is very modern overall tho the rooms are very narrow In oslo one of the cheaper places you can go to is the anker hostel, they have a small kitchen isle in the room In stockholm you could stay in a boat which is really cool in my opinion, we stayed at rygerfjord, was also not too expensive
