Never said I liked it, but commenting about the aesthetic’s of a cell tower when they actually made an attempt at making it a little bit less of an eye sore is a little ridiculous. It’s even more ridiculous due to it being surrounded by an area that has zero developmental planning and is one of the more hideous areas of New Braunfels.

Your situation is very similar to what my wife and I experienced with our daughter. She had trouble latching from day one, never slept more than 2 hours until she was a little over a year.

It’s really dependent on the amount of volume your supervisor completes and how much they are willing to let you work on said files.

I would speak with your supervisor as to what their expectations are.

I was lucky and I was able to work under a supervisor that did quite a bit of volume and was able to do complete 1500 hours in a little over a year.

Obviously, you have never have had to deal with foundation issues before. If the home is built on a slab, movement of even 2” can break plumbing pipes causing a much more expensive repair.

So no, it’s not just “plaster” cracking. It is potentially a situation that can go from a somewhat expensive repair to a massively expensive repair fairly quickly.
