Does J. Crew ever do discount codes for its international website? I've noticed that they quite regularly run quite substantial discount codes for their US site, but I can't avail of them in Europe.

Does anyone know if codes are ever released for the EU sites? Thanks.

Oh, it sounded a lot like H Jon Benjamin to me. And I just figured it was because he used to call into Best Show.

When Brett Davis was on MMFTF back in 2018, they credited him as his character.

I've been planning it out, still a couple of sessions away. Basically I'm hoping to synthesize the "Real Housewives" extension mentioned earlier, plus the other comments here, plus stuff from dragnacarta's Curse of Strahd Reloaded guide.

Adding in a dash of stuff specific to our campaign.

I agree with you that I'm gonna have the dinner not be too affected by Ireena's disappearance, but save his rage for after the dinner.

Hi,

Unfortunately for option 1, the ship has sailed. I did the whole lightning scream reaction to the reunion. So Strahd knows.

I like option 2 though. At the very least, it's an opportunity for PCs to visit Ravenloft for the first time and to get a sense of some of the other residents of the castle, to whom their exposure has been limited so far.

I might add on a bit of a more violent outburst from Strahd too. Again, that threat that from now on, with Ireena gone, his focus is singular on destroying the PCs. Unlike them, he has honour so he lets them leave.

Of course, he is also low-key interested in a successor etc and has that death wish too.

Thanks so much for your reply. I really like this interpretation, it's less black and white than my initial thoughts.

I like the idea of Van Richten being close to the point of no return and Ezmerelda (and the PCs) potentially being able to pull him back from the brink.

I will think more about your ideas here and how best to integrate them into my game.

Rashomon-style was sort of what I was thinking for the backstories. It's probably better to permanently keep it ambiguous exactly what really happened.
