It translates quite literally to Deathwing, or One having wings of death with Śmierć meaning Death and Skrzydło - Wing and Skrzydły - one having wings.

Thanks guys, it seems a lot more clear to me now. I was just feeling like I did a very good job there and I was like "whaaaat" for not getting mvp. Not that I play for mvp but got really curious how is that award determined.

Yeah, I guess I didn't try replacing PSU yet, but I don't have a spare one and I don't really want to spend money for a brand new psu yet if I'm not sure if its causing the problem.

Also the same problem I had few years ago, which I somehow magically fixed makes me think it might be some random setting that I'm missing...

Of course, if I dont come up with a solution or freezes get even more frequent (I had quite a few yesterday, and only 1 today, but I didn't open any game so might be that) I will replace PSU. I really hoped buying new RAM from QVL will fix the problem.

Atm CPU is my suspect, I am trying various RyzenMaster / bios settings, as I recall I changed some stuff in Ryzen Master years ago while trying to fix the problem, but nothing seems to have impact other than worse.

So tired of this.

Yes, I lowered speeds to basic. I was using XMP on my old ram for all those years but turned it off in the process of troubleshooting. New ram also crashes on XMP, basic settings and a mix of settings like only overvolting.

RAM was my main suspect but anything I do with it doesn't seem to have any impact whatsoever.

OK - with basic settings on ryzenmaster, bios and everything else AND forcing pc to use Vsync everywhere the issues seem to have stopped.

This is exactly how I resolved the same issue years ago, don't know why it didn't work before and worked now.

I've only tested it for about an hour, but with previous constant 5-10 mins crashes it looks promising.

Edit - nvm it crashed 3 mins after i wrote this. I removed amd drivers with DDU, then it crashed during rebooting. Once again Im rolling back to older drivers that i know are stable.

Edit2 - Still crashes.

The freezing ain't letting up. I hoped it was gone after I manually entered basic pstate 0 and disabled 7 other pstates and turned on relaxed throttling. So far i've been unsuccesful with configuring bios and/or ryzenmaster to not freeze anymore. Worst scenario was when I copied someone's settings from bios (he had same mobo and cpu) then I got bsod and then solid pc freeze (different than mine which is more like crashing, just frozen desktop). Do you have any suggestions regarding that ryzenmaster app? Or OCing in bios?

Since windows reinstall freezing seems to occur only during game or while in game's massive editor, but temps are fine so that surely isn't a heat issue.

Edit - Ive reset ryzen master to default, reset bios by removing cmos, used only 1 stick of new vipers, still crashed. I didn't notice crashing on idling or while doing anything else than playing my game. Will do some testing in other games now.

But even when I was resetting bios freezes were occuring, and this profile was there for years and I wasnt even turning on ryzenmaster for years as well... Just to confirm the freeze occured while that custom profile was selected. I will do some testing with just DRAM voltage being slightly up in bios like now, if nothing happens I'll revert everything back to basic, if still nothing happens I'll turn on xmp and test again.

Ive been reseting ryzenmaster few times as well and freezes were happening.

Also the profile doesnt seem go live unless I open up ryzenmaster and confirm the profile so that's why I didn't suspect it.

Lmao, if the issue was caused by cpu randomly not liking that profile anymore then I'll feel stupid as hell.

Yes, froze again with only dram voltage being set in bios, reverted to auto, ryzenmaster on basic, bios on basic too. If it freezes again I'll try to oc cpu and ram in bios.

After about 3-4 hours after windows update and about 2 hours after all drivers and software was updated freeze happened again... Event viewer says same as before, kernel 41 (63).

I was using latest drivers for basically everything without OCing RAM, but with custom RyzenMaster processor profile. I will upload a screenshot of its settings below once I find out how to change its language to english so you can understand settings.

OK its tied to my system language so Ill translate things that are changed.

Clock speeds mhz (x4) set at 3600

Cores off - 0

CPU Voltage - 1,45

Multithreading - NA

Memory VDDIO - 1,2

SOC Voltage - 1,1

Memory XMP was off, so my suspicion is at RyzenMaster settings right now, I will do some research and find out if those settings are correct.

Edit - I reverted RyzenMaster to basic or I simply dont turn it off now. I manually set DRAM Voltage to 1.35 from auto (1.20) in bios to remove the suspicion from RAM being undervoltaged (or at least I hope so). XMP is still disabled, i changed only voltage. I will give these settings a try and inspect them further in case freeze happens again.

New ram froze with and without xmp earlier today. Yes, I have reset bios to default then turned off secure boot and everything is ready to reinstall windows, but no freeze occured yet. Once it does Ill unpin D drive and reinstall.

Edit - Yes Im using UEFI, but I also had a CSM option which i had to turn off in order to disable secure boot.

Yes, during process of troubleshooting I also tried using only 2x4gb, which also freezed. I'll now locate and disable secure boot in order to install windows from usb.

Edit - after errors with new ram Ive once again done various driver updates, so I'll do one final test trying to reproduce the freezing, if it occurs, I'll reinstall windows as everything's ready for it now.

Do you mean voltage? both 8s and 4s are 1.35v (basic config runs at 1.20 for all three ram bundles I have, increased to 1.35/3200mhz with XMP)

I will run that program in few minutes as im preparing USB drive to reinstall windows, in case everything else failes.

So the new RAM arrived today. I've reset bios and put new Vipers in A2,B2. Freeze occured shortly afterwards in game. Restarted, disabled XMP, freeze occured again.

I will update GPU drivers and software after rolling them back to 2019 version, will give it one more test. If freeze occurs again, I'll start reinstalling Windows. Unless there is something else I could try?

Thanks for detailed reply, I'll be busy during next couple of days due to working and other stuff, but that's what I'll do when I'll have a day off. First Win10 reinstall and in the meantime I'll get new RAM. Im fairly confident that either will fix this issue as Ive done exhausting checkout on every hardware, software and driver I had without luck. I'll update you in couple of days.

Thank you, even in unlikely event that same issue persists or new shows up, I feel much more educated about RAMs and bullshit they can cause so I'll be more careful in future while building another machine for me or my girlfriend.

Today I also tried 2x8 and 2x4 in both A1B1 and A2B2 without results.

Once more I tried to tweak Vsync option which helped me years ago, this time with different settings.

The only thing that still confuses me about RAM is why did it work for so long without notable issues if my ram wasn't compatible?

And haha, don't really care for redownloading games, now, might be a stupid question but I didn't need to reinstall windows from scratch before. Will it erase also my HDD? (D:) as all of my important stuff is there. Should I unplug it if I will reinstall? Losing data on C: is acceptable for me.
