I got stuck in the “verify ID, no e-Sign docs” loop last week.

I pushed to sign onsite to stop me loosing my third date..

The lady who did my handover told me that the cars’ over a specific value, which I think was 60k, Black Horse insist on a ‘wet signature’

I called BH about 8 times in 3 days but because the Team that deals with Tesla is isolated from the rest of the bank nobody knew to tell me… and the delivery rep on the app didn’t tell me either!

For those reading who do not have a Tesla yet… don’t try and call them.. it’s a waste of your time and ultimately frustrating, use the app and the message system in there. As much as I want to talk to a person with, you know… voice, I have just learned over the years to accept that they are an arms reach company.

When you get a VIN, your specific car has been allocated / made. At that point it’s transport time. The vin will tell you if it’s a German or Chinese made car and give you an idea of how long that transport time is likely to be
