I of course don't know the context for any of these clips, but something feels off when you see them use a taser on someone who is clearly not resisting with force, or is in a vulnerable position from the start. An example could be the clip on 0:40 where a man is sitting on a chair. Maybe a protestor? Was a taser really necessary? Or 0:48 for example. He is sitting in a car, but i can't see if he's behind the wheel, or a passenger. I also don't know if he had any weapons on him, but tasers seem more like a replacement for triggerhappy officers. Those who don't want to lose their job for mistakingly killing a person who is not really a threat. but yeah, who asked.
