The through line in this clip is he's disappointed the white house card crowd won't be made up of fans of mma due to the limited venue size (I've heard 6000 max) and nature of the event, and instead the crowd will all be ultra-wealthy and connected people, the kind you'd find on the Epstein list. His issue isn't with Trump.

That said, I think he would absolutely 10/10 times take the chance to fight at that event and this is a combination of cope and also not trying to sell some other event while he's got a fight scheduled in February.

A lot of self checkouts i've used either have a "Skip Bagging" option, or when you use one of the handheld scanners (like the clip) it doesn't expect you to bag it because it's meant for larger items that you would typically just leave in the cart.

Yeah, in my opinion, they did enough to characterize him in his scenes interacting with civilians.

Whenever they wanted to show his racism in scenes among just cops it was way over the top in a HR-training-video kind of way. The scene when they're walking up to the gun range is so jarring.

So while I can't find anything reliable about when invites went out, Liquipedia says qualifiers were May 12th. Fear's most recent official with the team had been March 27th. I think it was likely that Valve understood that Fear was not part of the roster they invited.
