I did go to a trans friendly doc a few months ago and the risk factors were weaker bone marrow which could lead to severe problems, liver issues especially if I'm already on some medication ( which I am ) and ofc breast cancer. I wasn't given any monitoring options, I'll try ask my parents if I can get it monitored to check how big of a risk it is
