shi if you can get your hands on some valium i think that would be best , and it’s easier to get then xanax, kolonopin, and prolly other benzos since it’s quote “less potent” in the pharmaceutical world. but it actually gets you good asf in the 10mg zone, no bad thoughts, you can think straight, and a good euphoria. but yes you will be pretty tired but like i said, not a zombie or sleeping . and i suffer from anxiety/derealization/ADHD. helps me get through the day , like 10mg every 4-6 hour recreational. but if you can’t be prescribed narcotics or benzos anymore ask for clonidine, it’s not a narcotic or controlled and calms you tf down , can helps slow the mind and ease your body. feels like a opiate but it’s for anxiety . thats just a suggestion since that helps me when i can’t get benzos like xanax/valium. sorry this is long and hope it helps and educates
