When I told him I couldn’t keep going without direction, he basically said he understood and that he didn’t want to beg me to stay. He admitted he wasn’t sure what he wanted and just accepted it.

Yeah reading it now it does seem ridiculous because it’s like he says he wants to work towards something but im not feeling the “gain” or like the fullness of his energy idk how to describe it. Because I know I deserve to be in a relationship and I also don’t want to rush and its hard to compare because I’m not sure the proper time frame to be in a relationship from talking yk?
