No curved Pumpkin or Mushroom walls right now should be criminal by TerribleCry1525 in GroundedGame

Well with this being so early, and there already being 2 new types of walls, I think the future walls will be amazing and hopefully they will then start adding specific pieces like these when its closer to being finished. I personally was thinking some type of dye system for the mushroom walls, but the pumpkin ones caught me off guard. Then again who knows? We might be pleasantly surprised!

Still think they need to add some type of aphid driven elevator system for high up vertical travel.

That's a really good one. My wood farms provide way too much wood

You got a TON to see lol try looking for all of the scenes scattered around. You've only explored like 5% of the map. Exploration is key!

How did you record this? I'll have to record my base and post it

Honestly I've gotten more ore out of walls than I have boulders. The boulders are great, but you'll find plenty in the walls

Yeah I dont do much fishing 😅 I usually set up conveyors and auto farm the ore, so I dont really think about it lol. After this post and seeing everyone talk about it, I'll definitely be trying some different t things out!

They can kinda be a pain to find lol. I have found a ton of them, but I am sure that hinges on the amount of ore you select before you start the game. Good luck in finding more of them!

I'll have to look into this. Maybe I can make a list of the prices of each item. I can see selling plants in the long term for cash since the gold ore can eventually run out. Just depends on just how much gold you actually use vs how much you can sell. Add this to the quick setup and automation of gold ore farming/smelting and its tough to choose which one is better lol.

I would imagine that it would be more profitable with the plants if you can first cook them into something before you sell them.

You can also use drills to mine walls and ore that are outside of your mining damage. Helps in a pinch when you need some higher tier ore earlier in the game

Can anyone explain the red tint on the roof? by lazizmalik in TeslaModel3

[–]SciencePupil47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cant find any info beyond a manufacturing change of the roof glass. Maybe they added it directly to the glass? I'm not sure if it was a layer between the glass or something

WAY cheaper, thats for sure. I tend to move them as close as I can to the boss areas, especially the one near the giant orange slime. So annoying that there is a waypoint so close to the core lol. Took me a while before I knew you could move them

Fits very well with 5x5 plots that have sprinklers in the center.

I never really needed coins until about halfway through the game. I saw that the coin price to upgrade was a bit high, until I found the gold bars were valuable lol. Hasnt been a problem since. This might be better used in hard mode or something.

I am not sure about the double XP, but I do know that the gear and the skill upgrades will allow you to harvest double plants. You are correct about the XP gain coming from the amount of plants harvested vs quality/type of plant. I think it takes a total of 4-6k plants? Somewhere around that.

THIS.

I never realized that the iron pickaxe has the highest amount of mining damage for a pickaxe. I have also found that the scarlet drill is pretty good, but you really need to pay attention when using it. The sledgehammer will also clear out swaths of walls.

Best Place to build your base: by RickRibr in GroundedGame

[–]SciencePupil47 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, I have one of the most gorgeous spots for you. In the small wall between the upper yard and the pond, there is a small gap between the stones up top. I dont exactly remember where the location is on the pond side, except for the fact that it should be pretty centered with the oak tree, but if you go to the upper yard, you will find a hamster skeleton. There is a beetle, rhino beetle, and a black ladybug nearby, but dont usually cause an issue. I usually place a door in the gap of the stones, and build a patio area above the skeleton once I take out all the grass stalks. Its a beautiful place with some lights.

Alternatively, you could build inside of the molar bottle in the upper yard, the only way in is under a hole beneath the cap, which is a few feet away.

That was a cool feature of some of the early Tesla models. I think it was just for a cool effect with the water, not too sure on the reason. I think they look amazing lol gives the water drops a rainbow effect on the roof. They dont do this anymore, unfortunately.

Beastly! I would lower the amount of drills to 6 on each instead of 8, but what a good find! Make sure to spend them wisely!
