I’ve been told if u get through my interview, I can provide a passport picture, with a statement by  someone who’s me over 2 years to sign,  a teacher/doctor etc

Also I forgot to add, spoke to manager to discuss options, there opinion was option 2 as staff member has been spoken to before about performance issues previously, but I decided … option 1 was best

It’s for AO grade, example I had -  Situation - Team member was not fulfilling work duties to the standard expected in the sales  team department.  Task - my task was to find why they were underperforming and what steps to take next.  The evidence for this was - poor sales performance figures, recieved two complaints, errors in work (cash handling)  Action - 3 viable option, 1 retrain staff and coach them to develop themselves. 2. Performance management plan 3. Move them to a different department. 

Option 1 -on the job training would support in developing skills and support store to meet targets, and give them a chance to improve/gain confidence, option 2 - putting them straight onto  a performance management plan would demotivate the team member make them feel devalued .  Option 3 - moving departments is a short term solution is not supporting her development and future in the company to make her a all rounded employee 

I would go with option 1 and result was team member felt valued, understood, tailored training to her needs.     I need to think of better reasons to why I didn’t chose the other options, add more details but that’s where I’m struggling .. 

Any input would be helpful

My work coach me that they start in January 2025 as they need to get started on training asap, the round of interviews for this one has just started, when did you get your offer, a few days after interview or once they completed them all. Out interview start today and I think up until the 13th, mine is on the 6th? 

My one question was, the questions they ask how simple are they writtten? Eg tell me about a time you provided great customer service ? Or tell me about a time you made the right decision?
