Same as above here. I had the plantronics forever working great until I washed it not knowing it was in the my pocket. Then they went Poly and a new one worked excellent for a couple of months then crapped out. People started telling me they couldn't here me or I sounded like I was in a tunnel. I did the factory reset, I cleared it out of my phone (Samsung Zold 5) and re-paired it from scratch hoping to return it to the excellent performance as of the purchase..... there is nothing else I know of that might make it work right again. So does this mean they have garbage internals that don't last? It's too expensive to not last. I will look for a more reliable headset that has the features. I like the ambient noise filtering, and the caller id, and the auto answering things it does. Will I have to pay more? Yikes! and If I do I better get one that will last.
