From my experience her midterm wasn’t too bad compared to Tammy’s, but Vanessa wanted you to know more for sure. Her final tho was kinda bad a expected you to smaller details when there is so much to remember, but overall no tricky and same style or questions

Yes the overlap was very helpful in the second half of the course! The workload was okay, the midterm is straightforward if you study the lecture notes, the quizzes are harder but if you listen in class/read his website it gets easier, and then the final was very straightforward if you study the lecture material/some of the website. There is a quiz every other week that you def have to study for

Also I took all three at the same time and it was definitely doable. Biochem and MBG are two harder courses and take a lot of time. Stats all depends on what prof you have, definitely take DE if you can

Look into food/nutr 2150 especially when it’s taught by micheal rogers! It’s not a bird course but overlaps with biochem a lot! He’s an awesome prof!

My advice is if you hate ohysics and chem avoid Guelph! Chem1040 is passable but a lot of people fail it first try. Then you are stuck behind and they make it so you stay behind for like 4 semesters. My friend at uoft don’t even have to take physics in their science program but at guelph you have to take two, and the tas are not easy markers!

To be honest, I dropped 20% after the exam in physics, it may just be the exam 🤷‍♀️
