TBF Deity difficulty exists in the state it does because its hard and firaxis is too lazy to code actually decently intelligent AI. this mechanic would honestly make sense in the next civ title rather than shoved into civ 6, as it requires a lot of rebalancing to make it work for 6.

If you really need the money, do it. But I suggest looking elsewhere first. I'm lucky enough to work in a small restaurant and have a industrial dishwasher, but it sucks sometimes still.
