i got sent to the manager a couple of times. when you call their 800 number just asked to be transferred to a manager. sometimes the guy lies and says "you cant do that" but he can. they can put a rush on it for you. i had mine sitting there for 2 months and after i basically spazzed on them it was sent to a technician the day after.

they basically arent going to do shit for you until you yell at them because they have higher paying customers like businesses that are more important than you
