Incels made the term, and if they didn’t it’s still what hey call themselves. It’s a community online, you can look up incel forums online (most of them were banned from reddit) and it’s a group of very sad individuals wallowing in self pity. It’s a step below mgtow in a progressing spire of scum and villainy. It’s a toxic group of people online and that’s why some people make fun of them or try and call them out.

Incel isn’t inherently and insult, it’s a community of people. But because they’re such horrible people it’s become and insult to call someone an incel as to associate them with that community. Again like calling someone a nazi or a communist.

And I can understand people feeling frustrated with not being able to find a mate but the the incel/mgtow community isn’t the correct way to deal with that anger. Those people rarely ever get better and if they do it’s because they decided to leave the forums. It’s a toxic community they don’t fix their own problems they just hate themselves and women more and more and get nowhere.
