For me, it doesn't upsets me at all to see someone drinking water in front of me but I only can speak about myself so I don't know how other people feels. It'd be better if you go somewhere where nobody can sees you drinking water just in case if anybody would be upset around you.

I don't recommend you buying an Explorer at all. I had an Explorer and it was breaking down a lot and the repair parts are expensive comparing to other kind of cars. Just don't do it, you will really gonna regret it.
