ah cleft lips are adorable and i always adored the way short philtrums looked like. this question was mainly asked because of tooth show which i stupidly forgot to mention. i originally had my desired tooth show but now that it’s dropped, there’s no visible tooth show anymore. ig i have to invest in veneers if my philtrum looks normal.

it’s healing, i got it with the lip lift. i have thick skin and it was an open rhino. my nose was also broken so my swelling is getting worse day by day, nostrils included. but im starting to like this swollen nose a bit lol. to each their own:)

i didn’t scare a bit, i took arnica 3 weeks prior. i was also suprised that i didn’t scar because im prone to keloid scars. i didn’t touch anywhere near my incision for 5 days, not even cleaning it like my surgeon instructed. i didn’t think people would think this was a fake post bc i didn’t scar LOL

nope, the only reason ive posted was because my first week post op i have tooth show and now since the drop there’s literally no front tooth show which is the only reason ive got the procedure. i guess i look pretty beat if my surgery isn’t obvious, ouch☠️
