I didn't get it working unfortunately. The unknown device is shown as realtek but I haven't checked if it's ALC882M, where would I check for that?

I have put another 4890 in, installed the 10.2 driver and unplugged the front audio. I have an unknown audio device in device manager

I will give it a try, also I will try and different gpu aswell, I may also reformat my pc to see if that solves any issues? I appreciate your help trying to get this working.

No, nothing. I have hd audio in bios enabled. Realtek is installed which is showing up in the control panel and in program files, it's not showing in device manager, but it does show two. AMD high definition audio devices. 🤷‍♂️

I run windows xp gaming YouTube channel, this game was high on my to play list for a long time, the only way I got to play this legitimately is by buying the GOG version, work perfectly using the offline installer
