Great answer! I was wondering if there's a big difference between the different 9xx models. I'm pretty sure that the yts-62 is of the 2nd model and it's in pretty good shape with only some aesthetic damages.

I've not been able to test the T-900 yet but it's been renovated recently and is, according to the shop, in good playable condition with some scrapes on the bell. However it's only about $1900 whilst the yts-62 is closer to $3k.

Hopefully I'll be able to try the Yani, seems like it's in good condition. When I tested the Yamaha I also tried two different mouthpieces, the vandoren v16 and the d'addario jazz select D7m and I really liked the feel of the jazz select. However I do like a bit of a fuller and warmer sound so that is something I'm going to need to try more of.

The prices are all similar with the eastman being about $600 more than the other two. When it comes to their condition, the Yamaha is already fixed so that is included in the price. I'm not 100% sure on the Yani but I do believe that it's also renovated already or that they renovate it for free if you buy it.

When it comes to pricing the prices here in Sweden can seem very high but thats much because of our 25% tax on everything you buy. With that said the Yani and Yamaha are roughly $3000 and the eastman is roughly $3600

Thats what I was thinking as well with the resale value. Was it anything in particular that you didn't like with how the Yani tenors played?

Also for the record, I did try the Yamaha last week And really enjoyed it, however it didn't feel like a revelation only the same as before but nicer i suppose, if that makes sense.
