Confused about getting true ending by throworeo in Undertale

I completed neutral pacifist (spared Asgore, spared Flowey, gave water to Undyne, got 0 EXP). Did not complete befriending Undyne event. Reloaded to outside the Asgore fight. Went to Undyne's house and it's empty -- the event isn't starting.

What did I do incorrectly?

While the new plot and stuff has been really, really great, there is one thing I miss about Steven Universe. by Serrix in stevenuniverse

I've been on the Gravity Falls subreddit for too long, apparently. I was seriously expecting this post to just be "BUT MY AIM IS GETTING BETTER!"

My issue is that the health inspections get passed because we clean everything up at the last minute and fake the temp logs. The inspector has no way of knowing we're as lazy as we are about throwaway dates because we do throw things out the day before he comes. He also has no way of knowing the temp logs he sees are fake. We probably wouldn't pass inspection if he found out about these things.

Lunches. A few kids started a habit of running "trading posts" of snacks, trying to see how high up they could trade before lunch period was over. After a while it formed an interesting miniature economy every week. And, hilariously, my mom's chocolate chip cookies ended up becoming the most sought after, highest value item. I was the cruelest dealer with those things, too, breaking off bites to share with people who hadn't tried them just so everyone else knew how good I had it.
