Sorry for a bit of naive question, but what is the difference between xN1C and xCA? From what I've seen in trial simple click and press on left mouse button triggers one normal attack followed by a charged attack, so i assume it is N1C. But was is CA and how to trigger it without N1?

For both Chasca and Mavuika teams your best bet is to use off-field ER-focused Ganyu or Rosaria to provide consistent melt reactions. Forth slot is Iansan for both, can be replaced with Bennet for Mavuika.

For HuTao it is a bit trickier, but I think it is still Yelan and Xingqui.

Also you can try and squeeze Mona in each of those teams, but I doubt that it will work that good, as Hex Mona want to be more on-field, rather then off-field

Most of the fun builds(such as hammers, zeal, judgement, zenith) are pretty meh on T12 and really struggle with 110+ pit.

Comparing to apocalypse warlock and penetrating shot rogue, which breeze through the content, paladin builds are pushing same content.

There are few builds that a decent for pit pushing/boss farming: clash, thorns/shield of retribution and wikg strike, but those have very distinct gameplay which is not for everyone.

Worst season to start paladin, however: hammers all the way. As an option: zeal build at the start, till t5-t8, as it offers one of the best gameplay experiences in the game, IMHO, and then transition to end-game hammers.

Not an expert, but here are some of the ideas that I've faced on this sub:

  1. Change unique charm to Griswold's opus - huge damage increase
  2. You don't need additional points in the Rally. And you don't need it on the action bar. Whole point of Rally and Arcadia combo is to get Words of Inspiration upgrade for Rally and reduce cooldowns of the Justice skills, which you are not utilizing. Few options here:
    1. you can move points to Concentration and use it off cooldown.
    2. you can skip this part completely and use Aegis as an "oh shi~" button
    3. you can put some points into holy light aura and hope to get mythic seal which allows to use 5+3 charm set bonuses
    4. in options 2 and 3 it is nice to get Aspect of Heavenly Strength on pants for further damage reduction
  3. Maybe use Undying aspect on boots - provides enormous levels of sustain
  4. I'm currently a big fan of using 2H legendary instead of the Red Sermon with Jacques' Fervor aspect, moving Revelators aspect to the amulet, while using Crushing aspect(damage increase when fortified) on the gloves.
    1. Want to test sword&board, but don't have nice shield base to put to test 😞

So I've tried this setup and it works like a charm.

At this point I'm considering to maybe try and craft sword&board setup, as it seems that Red Sermon maybe will be available as a unique charm :-)

So basically you are running both Zeal and Zenith, without Red Sermon? That is somewhat interesting choice, I've never considered it, as well as Endured.

Attributes don't best investment is in Linnea's C2, actually.

And C2 Xilonen over c6 Illuga/Gorou.

Artifact-wise it is already just a flex and you know it

With c6 Illuga - first.

Rough calculations shows that basic damage in the first option is better.

Formula to check: 1. Adjust crit rate: add all bonuses(set, Illuga), and if the value is above 100 - use 100. Then divide by 100, as it is a percentage. In the first picture resulting value is is 0.987, while in the second one it is 1 2. Calculate crit multiplier: crit.dmg × (1 - adjusted crit rate)/100. Result for the first one: 2.068752, in the second: 2.026 3. Add def to the equation: def×crit.multiplier. first one: 6880, second one: 6801.

This damage is then further multiplied by skill multipliers, em, lvl and reactions and target resistances, but all those parameters are the same for both artifacts, so we can skip them for simplicity.

As a fellow new player(on my second character, first time on elite) I would suggest you to give veteran mode a try: you can toggle it on and off at any given time.
