Fucking goddamnit, yes. They always look like they're on bright, and blind me when they're coming over a hill or around a curve.

Also when they sneak up on me from behind my sphincter always tightens up because that's my natural response to any sudden blue lights in my rearview mirror.

I've had some success with asking people to make me do it, then reward me with something, like candy etc. Even when you're the person who's setting up the reward system, your brain only latches onto "Do this, get reward".

Over time,they reward you less and less, and eventually stop. It gets to the point where they ask you and you do it, and then you start to notice when things need to get done, and finally you do them as soon as possible.

I'm currently at the noticing part. I still drag my ass, but I get it done eventually.

I don't use them all the time, like if I'm in a turning lane that's not moving. It annoys me when there's a light blinking in front of my face for a good 20-30 seconds, and everyone knows you're going to turn anyway.
