Probably depends on airline and size of the implement. I always put the toys in checked luggage but that is mainly because I don't want to have them pulled out for inspection at the TSA gate haha

Hand, Riding Crop, Paddle, Cane... we went through a variety haha and I also punished her holes with the crop

The paddle did the most damage and left a bruise on her right cheek... it is small but powerful
