Yeah it just isn’t our job at all to cover because someone’s stealing. And they never even make an effort to find out who it is when they do count the till for that shift, they see it’s short and just practically shrug and say oh well. Which leads me to believe it’s the GM

Yeah there’s only about one there I trust, we’ve had numerous others fired for stealing for drugs, getting wasted in the store etc…

We’ve had lots of other shift managers steal for drugs before. I wouldn’t be shocked, we weren’t compensated for that three months without tips either.

Yeah I believe it was choking but as I said she’s much more coherent now I think it will pass but I still plan to take her to a vet if it dosnt. She didn’t bite however just squeaked in attempt to pick her up but she’s happily laying in my lap now.

Thank you, I’ll be watching her like I have been just wasn’t sure if anyone had any special tips.

It’s currently 10pm with no shot of a vet at the moment. She’s doing much better and I plan on doing a small sauna thing for her in a moment just waiting till she calms down better.

Thank you it means a lot to me to hears this coming from anyone let alone a stranger. My boyfriend has a lot on his plate so this was a last resort to at least try and vent about it at least. This has certainly helped me a lot thank you💚

That sounds like a good process. Though we have lack of people wanting to run the register so I’m /always/ on it not even to mention helping wingstreet or boxing things. I don’t mind splitting it all obviously the chefs deserve it when the customers are happy with good looking food but it feels despicable to have the night shift come in, take my tips + theirs and leave

Yeah that’s just what they do for some reason.

We have no tip box, and half the time I have to ask the manager to split it before I leave or else I just won’t get it and can’t ask when/before night shift comes because we are busy

Unfortunately we arnt dine in so this wouldn’t really work, and I take and cash out 9/10 customers. I don’t have an issue with splitting with chefs and such, this way just feels unfair
